Terms and conditions
There will be one winner of the prize each month during 2011 which is either 6 bottles of wine or a £40 Amazon voucher (at the policyholder's choice).
The prize will be sent by recorded delivery to the contact address held on file for the winning policyholder, within 30 days of Gladiator receiving a response from the policyholder to the notification that they are the winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Entrants must be 18 years old or above.
By accepting the prize in accordance with these terms and conditions, prize winners are consenting for use of their name and region on the Gladiator website and/or emails sent from Gladiator should they be the prize winner.
One winner will be selected once each month during 2011 at Gladiator's sole discretion taking into account how long the policyholder has been a customer of Gladiator and how many products that policyholder had bought from Gladiator in the past. Gladiator aims to be impartial and fair throughout the selection process.
The winner will be notified no later than 7 days by using the email details on file. If the winner fails to respond to the e-mail within 21 days after we send it, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and we reserve the right to select another prize winner in accordance with these terms and conditions.
You can obtain each winner's name and county of residence at any time within three months after the relevant monthly prize draw by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to us at Monthly Give-away Winner, Gladiator, Ellipse Ground Floor, Padley Road, Swansea, SA1 8AN.
There is no cash alternative.
Nothing in these Terms will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraud.
The draw is not open to employees and their immediate families (including any live-in partners or household members) of Able Insurance Services Limited or other group companies of Admiral Group plc, their subsidiaries, agents or any company associated with the competition and those involved in the promotion.
Gladiator's decision is final and in the event of a dispute, no correspondence will be entered into. Any dispute which may arise between the parties in connection with these terms and conditions shall be determined by the courts of England and Wales, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts for such purpose.
Prize winners will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. The laws of England and Wales govern these terms and conditions.
