TOOLS COVER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE TOOLS COVER YOU MUST:

• not operate outside of Great Britain, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, the off shore islands
• not carry property for hire and reward
• not be involved in market trading activities or door to door or party sales
• only carry tools, equipment and stock appertaining to their business activities as builders, electricians, plumbers, joiners, refrigeration engineers or the like
• not carry property externally (e.g., ladders) or in or on open vehicles
  not have:
• suffered losses/claims for the risks proposed occurring during the last 3 years
  
• any convictions, cautions or pending prosecutions for any offence other than for parking, speeding or any offences which are spent under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
  
• had goods in transit insurance declined, cancelled, declared void or had special terms imposed.
